1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a service or using our website (strollerdetailer.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Stroller Detailer provides professional cleaning and sanitizing services for baby gear including strollers, car seats, and baby toys in the Las Vegas, Nevada area. Services include:

Stroller Cleaning (Full Frame + Fabric): $65–$79
Car Seat / Booster Seat Deep Clean: $35–$55
Baby Toys & Tray Sanitizing: $25+

Service prices are subject to change. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Booking & Appointments

Appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or Instagram DM.
We offer pickup and delivery services within the Las Vegas area.
Please ensure all personal belongings are removed from gear before pickup.
We reserve the right to refuse service if items are in an unsafe or excessively damaged condition.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $25.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service completion.
We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, Zelle, and Venmo.
All prices are in USD.

6. Liability & Damage Policy

We treat every item with the utmost care using eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products.
In the rare event of damage caused by our cleaning process, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage resulting from manufacturer defects.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for disclosing any known damage, mold, or special conditions prior to service.
Items with extreme biohazard conditions (e.g., bodily fluids, severe mold) may be declined or subject to additional fees.
Please ensure someone is available at the pickup and delivery location during the scheduled time.

8. Eco-Friendly Products

We use only eco-friendly, non-toxic, and baby-safe cleaning products. However, we cannot guarantee against allergic reactions to specific cleaning agents. Please inform us of any known allergies before your appointment.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on strollerdetailer.com, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Stroller Detailer and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Changes to Services or Terms

We reserve the right to modify our services, pricing, or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
